The test is going to be tomorrow.
I don't need to drink but there will be a jacuzzi of free booze available at the airport and on the plane. I jave to manage to control myself.
I'm so sick of feeling guilty because I do it even though I don't enjoy it.
PLease - preach as much as you like! x xRobert Coxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01570141435080778505noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-353476875942607785.post-66688823017682880732009-09-08T12:23:40.238+01:002009-09-08T12:23:40.238+01:00I think if you're one of those people who does...I think if you're one of those people who doesn't know when to stop when it comes to alcohol, then it's probably better to just not drink it at all, or save it for special occasions.

You will feel better for it, ultimately. Plus did you know alcohol inhibits your ability to build muscle? So all the time you're busting your gut working out in the gym is undone by all the booze you then pour down your throat.

Sorry, sounding a bit preachy. I think you just need to set yourself limits and stick to them, you don't have to give it up completely.Jakehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04226936799907629735noreply@blogger.com
